New OC!!! there he is 
He's got 2 arms and 10 hands and he'll fuck you up 

Basically he has hypnosis powers, and when he has someone under his control he loses one of the rings in his eyes and they get a ring around their pupil. He has 5 rings to give and he can either put all his power into controlling one person, giving them 5 rings in their eyes, and making it near impossible to snap them out of his spell, or give 5 different people 1 ring each (but they will all be pretty weakly controlled), or like.. idk 3 for one person two for someone else etc. 
Once he's out of rings that's it, he can't get anyone else without taking a ring away from one of his "subject"'s eyes

Basically how it works is you'll just be idk chilling in a room with him and then gradually your vision gets all purpley, and you get really sleepy and relaxed, and he's telling you to do something. you don't really question what it is, you're too busy being in that weird euphoric state, so you do it, bc he's probably trustworthy, right? you're enjoying yourself, you feel really good, but.. then the high starts to wear off, and your vision clears, and theres a dead body in front of you, and blood on your hands, and oh dear god, what did you just do? 

he makes a business out of selling people's bodies basically, people come to him and pay him to have him make his "subjects" do stuff for them. This could be anything from stealing, to murder, to sexual favors, et cetera. The appeal is that you can put all the blame on the hypnotized person and not on you and they get in all the trouble and they can't even blame you because they don't remember anything, and its cheaper/easier than a hitman or something, and I'm not even gonna get into the sexual favors part bc its creepy as hell 

he also uses his subjects for his own personal use too of course but thats their "main purpose" 

So yeah hes a total mary sue and really creepy and i love him to death
